Warranty
Tally offers a one-year limited warranty as standard at the time of purchase. Warranty is inclusive of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
An optional one-year extended warranty may be purchased for $75 per unit, increasing the total coverage to two (2) years from the original purchase date. Available at the time of initial purchase during checkout only.

Shipping policy

- Free FedEx Ground Shipping within the contiguous U.S.
- Orders process & ship Monday – Friday (excluding federal holidays)
- Please allow 1 – 2 business days for processing + carrier transit time
- Tracking information sent via email once your order ships
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tally. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
- Returns eligible within 5 calendar days of original purchase
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with order confirmation
- Start a return by contacting: tally@evolutesports.com
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing
- Refunds exclude original shipping, duties, and taxes
- Returns not meeting requirements may be refused
- Returns after 5 days may be eligible for credit or partial credit at Tally’s discretion
