Product Warranty Overview
Every Tally scoreboard is built for reliability, performance, and game-day durability. To give you added confidence in your purchase, Tally offers a One-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered
Tally warrants that your Tally scoreboard product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Tally may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace defective components
- Provide a replacement unit when necessary
Warranty service applies to products used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with provided instructions.
What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents, neglect, or abuse
- Power surges, environmental damage, or natural disasters
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Products used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Issues resulting from third-party accessories or integrations not approved by Tally
Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the original purchase date and remains valid for one (1) year.
Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility.
Extended Warranty Option
Tally offers an optional one-year extended warranty that increases total coverage to two (2) years from the original purchase date.
- Extended warranty must be selected at the time of initial purchase during checkout
- Extended coverage is not available after the order has been completed
- Extended warranty pricing: $75 per unit
If you’re still evaluating your purchase, you’ll have the option to add extended coverage during checkout.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty:
- Contact the Tally team at tally@evolutesports.com
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase
- Include a description of the issue and photos/video if available
Our team will review your request and provide next steps for repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in this limited warranty, Tally products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Tally shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Additional limitations and conditions are outlined in our Terms of Service.
Governing Terms
This warranty operates in conjunction with Tally’s Terms of Service and applicable policies. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall govern to the extent permitted by law.
