By placing an order on the Tally Scoreboard website, you agree to the terms of our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipping
Orders placed on the Tally Scoreboard website are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business week.
Tally ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground only. Air shipping, expedited shipping, and alternative carriers are not available.
Free shipping is provided through FedEx Ground and is the standard and only shipping method offered by Tally.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, plus standard ground transit time.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Tally is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are eligible within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date for a refund. In order to be eligible to receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation. Returns may be initiated by contacting the customer support team by emailing them at tally@evolutesports.com. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days for an eligible return to process. Refunds do not include any duties, taxes, and/or potential shipping costs incurred at the time of the original purchase. Tally reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet all aforementioned conditions. Tally is not responsible nor liable for any return packages that are lost, stolen or untrackable.
In the event a return is initiated after the 5-day calendar window, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or partial credit in lieu of a refund.
Tally offers a limited one-year warranty at the time of purchase. The warranty is inclusive of manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship.
